We have upgraded our Support System.
Our new Support System will enable you, our viewers and customers, to more easily track and post support queries as well as post feature requests for our products.
Our previous Support System had a few limitations and was not working very efficiently. After a lot of research we found a good Support System that had what we needed and after the installation, we are now ready for your support queries (if you have any).
This new System allows us to manage a Knowledge Base where we can post Frequently Asked Questions with their answer so that we do not get 1000 support queries asking the same question. Further the new system allows for easy navigation between support tickets.
The System will automatically notify us and you of new queries and replies on queries via email, so that you do not have to come back every now and then to check if your query have been answered and by replying to the email, you will be able to reply to the ticket response.

Please note: This new system is not to be flooded with useless SPAM support tickets. All SPAM related tickets will be removed (at our sole discretion) and we reserve the right to prevent you from using our website further.
When we close a ticket:
- We have solved the problem
- We helped you solve the problem
- Provided you with information to solve the problem, or
- Made a recommendation where you should go to get help (for third-party support)
This is determined by our sole discretion.
